How to set up a Telegram bot
  1. Open Telegram and search for @BotFather
  2. Send the command /newbot
  3. Choose a name for your bot (e.g. "My AI Assistant")
  4. Choose a username ending in "bot" (e.g. myai_assistant_bot)
  5. BotFather will give you a token — copy it below

Gmail (Optional)

Let your AI send emails on your behalf. Available on Starter plans and above.

To send emails on your behalf, your AI assistant needs a Gmail App Password. This is not your regular Gmail password — it is a special password you generate from your Google account.

How to create a Gmail App Password
  1. Go to myaccount.google.com/security
  2. Under "How you sign in to Google," ensure 2-Step Verification is turned on
  3. Go to myaccount.google.com/apppasswords
  4. Enter a name (e.g. "AI Assistant") and click Create
  5. Copy the 16-character password and paste it above
