By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the AI Assistant experience
- Billing & Payments: To process subscription payments and manage your account
- Communication: To send service updates, billing notices, and respond to support requests
- Improvement: To analyze usage patterns and improve service quality, features, and reliability
- Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your conversation data to train AI models. Your messages are processed to generate responses and, with your continued use of the Service, to build a persistent profile of your preferences, context, and learned behaviors so the AI can serve you better over time. You have full control over this stored data through your account settings (see Sections 4 and 8).
AI Memory & Preference Learning
To deliver a personalized experience, the AI assistant learns and stores information about you over time. This goes beyond a single conversation session.
- Customer Preferences: The AI stores your name, preferred communication style, desired response length, timezone, industry, and other preferences you express or that the AI infers from your interactions. These are saved in your customer profile database record.
- Behavioral Learning: The AI adapts its personality, tone, and approach based on your ongoing interactions. These adaptations are stored in dedicated workspace files associated with your account.
- Cross-Conversation Context: The AI saves relevant context from your conversations so it can recall prior topics, decisions, and preferences in future sessions. This is performed automatically to maintain continuity.
Your control: You can view, edit, and delete all stored preferences at any time through Settings > Memory and Settings > Privacy in the web portal. The "Clear AI Memory" button erases all learned preferences, context, and behavioral adaptations immediately.
Cross-Platform Data Sync
If you connect multiple communication channels (web portal, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack), your data is synchronized across all connected platforms to provide a consistent experience.
- What Syncs: Your preferences, conversation context, and AI-learned behaviors are shared across all connected channels so the AI recognizes you and maintains continuity regardless of which platform you use.
- How It Works: Synchronization runs automatically in the background. Cross-platform data is stored in workspace files on our servers and refreshed at regular intervals.
- Disconnecting Channels: You can disconnect any channel at any time through your account settings. When a channel is disconnected, it will no longer receive synced data, though previously stored data remains in your account until you delete it.
Proactive AI Communication
The AI assistant may initiate contact with you under certain conditions. All proactive communication is opt-in and under your control.
- Daily Check-Ins: The AI may send daily check-in messages to help you stay on track with your goals and tasks. This feature is opt-in and can be enabled through Settings > Notifications.
- Scheduled Follow-Ups: Based on your conversation context, the AI may schedule follow-up messages to remind you of action items, deadlines, or pending decisions.
- Your Control: You control all proactive communication through your notification settings. You can disable all proactive messages at any time, and the AI will only respond when you initiate contact.
Workflow & Autonomy Tracking
The AI assistant automatically analyzes your usage patterns to build workflow intelligence and improve its ability to assist you.
- Recurring Task Detection: The AI identifies recurring task patterns from your interactions and organizes them into workflows, allowing it to anticipate your needs and streamline repetitive processes.
- Autonomy Scoring: The system calculates autonomy scores that measure how well the AI handles specific task types on your behalf. These scores help the AI understand where it can act independently and where it should ask for your input.
- Visibility: All detected workflows, autonomy scores, and task history are visible to you in the Workflows tab of the web portal.
- Your Control: You can delete any individual workflow and its associated history at any time. Deleting a workflow resets the AI's learned patterns for that task type.
Specialist Agent Routing
To provide the best possible assistance, your conversations may be processed by specialized AI agents within our Service.
- Specialized Agents: Depending on your request, your conversation may be routed to AI agents specializing in research, analysis, writing, strategy, or other domains. This routing is automatic and based on the nature of your request.
- Same Protections: All specialist agents operate under the same privacy protections, data handling policies, and security measures as the primary AI assistant described in this policy.
- No Third-Party AI Routing: All specialist agent interactions occur entirely within our Service infrastructure. Your conversations are never routed to external or third-party AI services for specialist processing.
Data Storage & Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
- Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and at rest where applicable
- Access Control: Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
- Infrastructure: Our services are hosted on secure, reputable cloud infrastructure with regular security updates
- Payment Security: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified
While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but commit to promptly notifying affected users in the event of a data breach.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services to deliver and support our Service. Each has its own privacy practices:
Stripe
Handles all payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe collects and stores payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We do not have access to your full payment card details.

Used as a delivery channel for the AI Assistant. Your Telegram user ID and messages sent through Telegram are subject to Telegram's privacy practices in addition to ours.

Used as an alternative delivery channel for the AI Assistant. Your Discord user ID and messages sent through Discord are subject to Discord's privacy practices in addition to ours.
Discord Privacy PolicyAnthropic (Claude)
Provides AI language model capabilities that power the assistant's responses. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train its models.
Anthropic Privacy PolicyOpenAI
Provides additional AI language model capabilities used by the assistant. Your messages are sent to OpenAI's API for processing. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train its models by default.
OpenAI Privacy PolicyWe may also use analytics tools and cloud hosting providers. We select vendors that maintain reasonable data protection standards, but we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.

You may request early deletion of your data by contacting us (see Section 16). We will process deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
- AI Memory Control: View, edit, or erase all AI-learned preferences, context, and behavioral adaptations through Settings > Memory and Settings > Privacy in the web portal
- Workflow Deletion: Delete any detected workflow and its associated history through the Workflows tab
- Channel Disconnection: Disconnect any linked communication platform at any time through your account settings
- Proactive Message Control: Enable or disable all AI-initiated communications through Settings > Notifications

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Exercising these rights will not affect the quality or pricing of the Service, except where deletion of necessary data prevents us from providing the Service.
Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have different data protection laws. When we transfer data internationally, we take appropriate safeguards to ensure your information remains protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised.
